About Us

During her corporate career, Anna Glielmi held various positions in Information Technology providing computer assistance and support. Along with computer support, Anna developed training programs for plant employees who had little computer experience. Many of them were sitting in front of a computer for the first time.

These experiences taught Anna that listening and patience were more valuable skills than solely understanding the workings of a computer. These skills made the transition to Professional Organizing an easy path to follow.

Anna started Fresh Look Home in 2004. A short time after she began her organizing career, she joined the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers and served as Director of Communications & Technology from 2004-2007.

Anna has a unique ability to identify problems, find solutions and motivate others to get organized. She will help you to set goals and make sure those goals are attained. Anna believes that with the right approach, old habits can be replaced with an “organized” way of life.
